I am done with these babies in this season, "10 seconds away…" who in the world says that Jade? That's nonsense, you're about 10 minutes too late, you know Rich track past. Moneice is not shady she is actually pretty sad, she is sorta, kinda sickening because on the reunion she couldn't handle what was coming at her. Jade too scared of Moneice she don't confront anything that Moneice says.

The Yandy in the third season is coming back out. The annoyance of flashing a ring. And I feel like it's annoying for us to watch as the news already broke on Instagram that they just had a ceremony and not legally married. So she really needs to stop that! Immediately👉

Bianca is dirts and as far as it goes with Mariah Lynn you gave her the go ahead🙄 you told her whether sarcastically or not that she can tell her friend and you didn't care. Hmm the scene with the bread coming out of the bra, that was beyond corny… I can't even take it serious 

Love and Hip-Hop Season 7 Episode 4 and 5

A double episode of Love and Hip Hop, how exciting was that? A whole hour of unrefined ratchetness!

So let's dissect the drama:

"I pray for the bitch!" Mama Judy you sure God heard that prayer?

Miracle and Rich? I know ya'll saw that too. I reckon that she would be prefect for Rich, to change his dirty ways. As opposed to this 24yr old Jade. 

Jade's teeth for the whole season is going to irritate me. And that is no way to come and meet you step daughter in waiting. Your mind is too young 😂
I am tired of these inexperienced girls coming on this show to embarrass us females. You have Jade crying and not giving Rich a chance to answer any of her questions, and then you have Asia…

Is Asia 12? What was the water works about? I'm glad Cardi thumped her. She needs to grow up and put on her big girl panties. Here is our 🇬🇧 disclaimer: Asia stupidly represented Londoners. 
Well done Hennessy, some times you need to put on your perspective glasses on, YOU would feel some time of way too. 

And by the way- Really Mona? We ain't stupid Swift gave his phone to Cardi to write lyrics? So in this day and age we don't walk around with our chargers. We don't have paper and pen? Hmm not buying this scene!

Poor Yandy how they gonna leave her in the Bitter Babymama Clubhouse. They pounced on her. Now Yandy is there sticking up for Mendeecees (as you do when you are a wife) however it is obvious that Mendeecees was playing games and lying to the pair of you. So on that, I won't stick up for him, like he is an angel and Erika is dirt. Flashing that ring about was petty AF. Where is that man? Who you going home to after that ordeal? C'mon!!
Erika on the other hand bringing receipts show you're still in your feelings. You are still bitter. Move on

Jay just remember that Snoop is an actress… "I wanna get married" 🙄 damn give us some new lyrics

A lot of throwing under the bus, a lot bitching this episode. Finally New York is finding itself 😂

Did Juelz and Kimbella forget that the camera were rolling? She fully put it on him. There was no begging for it or nothing, she had that readily and waiting 😂 #GoKimbella you loosen them reigns. 
Dj Drew, really? How you put Bianca on blast like that? You thought she was gonna keep it professional, don't lie… you just thought she would have you chasing a bit more! Shame on you Bianca.

So Sky sat down with Mariah Lynn to talk indirectly about Bianca like she is unaware. You are an assistant in the music industry don't act like you don't know! And stop lying about being a fan of her music, Dj and managers didn't even rate her last year.  Also which "friend" doesn't ask their friend about the detail of the mystery person? Like the way she ask about Swift. GTFOH Mariah, trifling 

Yandy throwing Judy her mother in law-ish under the bus. Why she going chatting names.
Erika seems like she don't play and as much as I am #TeamYandy, this is how it goes in my head… I do believe Erika was in a relationship with Mendeeces. I do believe that when Aasim was conceived it wasn't a concrete relationship but I do believe Yandy lured Mendeeces back and planned that pregnancy 😂 yes I speak like I'm a fly on Mendeeces nose 😂 but in my mind that was what happened 🙈


I'm just waiting on Yandy to tell us that she is not legally married to Mendeecees.

Love and Hip-Hop Season 7 Episode 2

Let's be real, this episode was crap, really rubbish this week.

Did they not show us Bianca's performance last week? That was a whole 5mins wasted. 
Dj Drewski,  I am tired of that token white person always using that line- White chocolate. I mean can't ya'll be something else? In fact I don't have any suggestions for you but surely you can be something else, no?


I hear Juelz, Kimbella made it out like she understand the commitment he was taking to go back to the music industry. Now it's a problem, and it's only a problem because she still doesn't fully trust him. Honestly if it's going to eat you up like that every time he goes studio, maybe a serious conversation needs to be had. 
On the other hand this is the girls that Dep bought? 😂😂 please Kimbella, I would have walked in and walked straight back out. They are nowhere near competition in ANY area.

Cardi B has minimal filter 🙇🏾
Cardi B said "I might be having sex with the wrong race."😳😂
Bianca calling Cardi B a cheater all while she saying she gonna take him from his girl. Girl it's the one rule for everyone.

Sophie Green podcast clearly don't normally run that way. Her co-workers were confused as ever. "Where did all this flirtatious behaviour come from?" They're wondering.

Jay or whatever her name is definitely watched ATL she tried to pull a Tommie on us. Didn't work just go back to wherever, look after your son and be merry.

I love Remy Ma family. Her face when the profanities came out.

It looks like New York will be lit for the first time since Jim Jones left, and I am excited 😜

I have to watch back to last season when Cardi B first joined, she bought her sister on and I don't remember her sister being as extra as she was in tonight's episode. I don't know if fame has enticed her to be like her sister, but leave it out! There will only be one Cardi B… forever

Cardi B  stop saying "I swear to God" girl We already saw parts of the show 😂
As a true Londoner I have to say Asia accent is not one from the endz it's more fitting of her name. Please do not be mislead.

Yandy I am #TeamYou but I have to agree with Samantha, you are suppose to inform her that these are the wishes of his father. Try and build a bond with her because the truth of the matter is, Mendeecees was the glue between all you women and you should have seen them turning against you the moment Mendeecees took 'exit left'. I am not in support of Samantha because it seems that she just wants to call unnecessary shots to show power. Regardless of the situation all the children are siblings and should be how they were before their father left.


I love Remy, "I lied, I lied" 😂 Papoose you gotta wait a couple more years for that

So snoop girl is like Ms Diamond Strawberry packed up and left their child. That is such a sacrifice to do and for someone to ask also. I don't want to judge… but oh well gonna do so anyway… wherever you go your child must go, if it's not fitting or safe for your child then you don't go. You packed up and left for your partner. You gave up your child, your career, your life just to eat a panini on the side of the road. SMDH

Love and Hip-Hop Hollywood Season 3 Reunion Part 2

I can honestly say that this Love and Hip Hop has probably been the most boring one out of all the franchise… So drinks up for the finale reunion 😂

Why was Masika acting like she scared? Sort out Hazel Who, it almost looked like she was intimidated and allowed Hazel to believe she had won or something over her. 

Now Hazel in regards to the song that you allegedly did with Fetty Wap whom you've never met; I find it very hard to believe that you performed that song all the way in Dubai; we didn't even hear a sneak peak of it on the show. So Stop that lyingggg-NOW!!!

Safaree thought he took a swig from Fizz's Courage Juice but like Rosa said, that was just corny and wack as hell, leave it out Safaree. As much as I like you It does make me question if that is the reason why you and Nicki (talented Nicki that is) broke up?!

I dunno how Nikki (the other one, whose talents will remain disclosed) feels comfortable about the men she slept with having a conversation about her, like for real

I see ALL Mendeecees Baby mothers on the show, which I am so glad, so everyone can get clarification on how much baby mothers he has- which I've been saying for a long time that it's 3 and Yandy is the third baby mother. This will be Tea for ya'll but I was sipping on this from 5yrs ago. I just wanna make a disclaimer I am #TeamYandy, but the two other baby mothers looks like they are planning to destroy Yandy this Season. 

Then we have Biance Bonnie and snowflake go at it. We then have Cardi B throwing her wig on the floor. We have Fat Joe lookalike get kicked out the creep squad. The return of Yandy's Pud Kimbella, although she too is on the wrong side of Yandy too.

Love and Hip-Hop Hollywood Season 3 Reunion Part 1

The reunion Part 1

Looking back at the whole season, I cam to the realisation that the only storyline was/is MONIECE.

And you all know I am TeamMoniece even through her wrongs and her brutal (sometimes unnecessary) honesty but I was really annoyed with Moneice this Reunion, she was way to calm and almost played victim. I'm unaware if its tactic but it annoyed me; jumpoff like you normally do rather than walk off stage with tears down your cheeks. 

I cannot stand Brandi she is genuinely a chihuahua. I get her anger for people talking about her son, because at the end of the day she attacked Moniece's parenting skills as opposed to her child whereas Moneice attacked the child. However Brandi you had many of opportunities to kick of the way you did, why now?
Max you can hardly speak without them grills let alone with them, so now is not the time to get excited and cause an unnecessary argument. You sitting on a sofa with a bunch of females including Jason. Looked like the cheetah girl 🐆

I wanted an extension of Princess and Brandi disunity but it seems they reunited to my dismay. 😂😂

I had written about other parts like Fizz and his new set of balls but it was really not worth it.

Well was this episode Season finale?

Damn, I know its normally boring but tonight's was ultra boring.

Who remembers when Ray J use to say "janky as f%?k"? 😂😂😂

Brandi it's Prenup not prenupt. Only Prenup with a "t" if you're going to say the whole word "prenuptial"

I honestly don't know why Ray J and Princess are getting married. Brandi telling Ray J it's normal to have arguments before the wedding… fair enough! However to that extent I don't think it's healthy 
Lyrica slyly pretending its her wedding day about she sitting there with rollers and curls in her head lool

Everyone has Anthony Hamilton singing at their wedding... Might need to book him for mine 😂

This season NO attention at all was given to Nia, she went from a main to a finger bowl, not even the break up with Soulja Boy aired. She may need to spice up her life to make it on next season.

The season is nearly coming to an end and I don't know what's worse, the finale to come or the anticipation of New York. 

It definitely is shorter than ATL, as that had 15 episodes I'm sure 

Anyway, unlike the last couple of weeks, I do have a lot to say about this episode. Please bear in mind I am very opinionated and my opinion may not be yours 🙄

Lyricassss and the others

Pam is absolutely right. Anyone who becomes close with Lyrica her mum goes ape. She wants Lyrica for herself. 
The way she dragged Pam out of that car, Pam should have knocked her out but I reckon out of respect of Lyrica Junior she held back. 

I don't even know why I am giving Hazel a section to be honest 
Why did Hazel need that entrance? She has come an episode before the end, she ain't Beyonce
So obviously she didn't go in the studio with Fetty then 😂

Princess Love (named owned by Ray J 😭)
Now each to their own in regards to prenups.  Everyone has their own reasonings etc but if yours, Princess, is based on the fact that when you broke up Ray was spiteful; and you're thinking about a possibility of a divorce, why then are we even discussing marriage. Ultimately you cannot/don't trust him. 
Now Princess said she wants the prenup to go out the window should Ray J have "another child". I rewinded and played again, she definitely used the word "another". So unless I am years late, does Ray J have a child?
Or does she mean another child that's not theirs. 

Hashtag Teairra Needs To Get It Together
Teairra, Nikki stated at the beginning of the scene that you're always late. So you now saying there was a miscommunication 🤔hmm 😐 were you just late?

What would Beyoncé do? 🤔 #WWBD 
I feel Max on this. Putting out a sextape is low however I can visualise next season Moniece would forget the grace that was given to her and try come back with some crap. 
Brandi just always want to be in somebody's business. If Princess goes for a Prenup, Ray will have to know because its a prenuptial AGREEMENT that has to be signed by BOTH parties. So he will know, no need for your beak to be in the way

But it was consensual 
Every sextape gets out because someone's phone goes missing. Someone's bag goes missing at the airport etc… no, speak the truth, you sold the phone and the content to Jason Lee. 

All that guys main concern was making sure Moneice admitted that it was consensual, he don't want nothing coming back to hit him in the ass (no pun intended 😂)

The drama (or the lack of) is not gripping me and especially Hollywood, it came to the end of the programme and I hadn't even realised, I was patiently waiting for some drama but got served pathetic, Petty, cold drama. 

Anyway here we go…

Princess going around leaking tapes like her future husband didn't have one with Kim K. I watched a video of Moniece saying that they're taking it too far with the video but the truth of the matter is, "Knock gets Knock back". 
She is lucky that Fizz has her back because normally once the relationship stops the support stops too. 

Literally cannot stand Jason, I know it's his job to be shady but he is so smug with it. 

I know Safaree is Jamaican and all that but that accent is phoney, sorry I dunno if its the American twang that makes it sound like that but nah, just leave the accent in Jamaica

Lyrica Senior is absolutely ridiculous, you are clearly a senior, what business is it of yours to start fighting?
And then her and A1 start playing car thief, Maybe Lyrica Junior should have really considered marrying and inter twining the families because it's NOT working.

So yeah in a nutshell this was all that was worth blogging about 😂

Love and Hip-Hop Hollywood Season 3 Episode 9

Season 9, seems so quick, but when I think about it, it started when I was in Orlando Florida...... 🙇🏾 a www memories☀️🌴

Right let's get straight into it. 

The scene with Shanda and Nikki was a little confusing, she told Shanda last week that Safaree and Rosa found out about each other yet she says it again this week. In last week episode she meet up with Safaree and brought the woman to him, however you're saying you haven't spoken with any of them. Hmmm 🤔 do I smell a "let's just slot in this scene" rat? 🐀

Is Lyrica's mum for real? She is literally sponging off her daughter. That's absolutely terrible. I get why she was upset about the eloping, but if you're truly hurt nothing will gratify your "hurt"

Did Lyrica say infront of her mother-in-law "Believe it or not I can cook and give good h*%d!"? Damn these People say anything to and in front of their parents. 

The momma beef

I was clutching my chest as that mess unfolded. Everybody was wrong in that situation. A1 there was no need to add fuel to the fire with the adjustment comment, there was no need for the presentation of the waist trainer infront of everyone. Lyrica Senior you are a woman of age, act it! Herr behaviour was disgusting towards Pam, so when Pam called her out of her name, it should have been no surprise. Lyrica Junior you cannot be telling your mother-in-law to return back to wherever, you should be trying to diffuse the situation by putting your husband in check and calming down your mum who is convinced ya'll look like sisters 😂😂

I think Masika has evolved immensely as a great mum. I do believe every story has two sides and although we kinda heard Fetty's side, I believe there are some flaws to his story. I think they were in a situationship that ended bad when it resulted in pregnancy. I think it's also insulting to say to/about a new mother that she is new to it and it's her first time.... congratulations you've been here before and understand the protocol but that standard isn't for me darling. 

Pride was slain when Brandi hopped on one leg and barked like a dog. Not me!
Although I like Moniece I do agree that she needs to be put in her place. When she said "this is a real mummy's club." I felt sorry for her that her friends are agreeing with her. A stable relationship with your child (as Masika was talking about to Moniece about her own child) is what is needed. When we first met you, you wanted to pursue sex toys, now a music career, if that is what people are seeing thats how people will talk.

Love and Hip Hop Hollywood Season 3

Oh dear,

I was so excited for Love and Hip Hop Hollywood back in August when it aired it's 3rd season, I was going to be in America, I could watch it the same time it was aired as opposed to a day later when available in England; but oh how that did not work out. 

My first time being in America (Orlando Florida to be precise) and with being soooo busy: shopping, lounging, eating etc I was unable to blog. Then I came back to the proclivities and 'back to reality' life and here we are 8 episodes in. 

 I was ambivalent about blogging on Hollywood, but this episode was too funny, first of all you guys know I am petty but did Ray J say, "Three simple words... 'I want it all'" by my recollection that is four words, Princess please ensure he has 500 guest and not 5000 😂

I'm not too sure how I feel about Safaree; I like him but don't like him, Nicky Baby (so not to be confused with Ms Minaj)definitely played him and continued to do so by flipping the table on him, she said they were not established so she can do what she liked, so why couldn't the same be done for him? But anyway what I didn't like was the fact that he hung on to Ray J's every word as if he didn't have a mind of his own.

I love Moneice dearly, but tonight's episode was a joke, how are you so comfortable to sabotage your own listening party to get back at the 'Rabbit Chihuahua' and according to you this was to put the nail in the coffin in regards to her relationship, how exactly will that break up their marriage? It was Max cheating on her (alleged) not her on Max, and Masika if you are a true friend how you expressed yourself in the green room about Moneice, you really should have done to her face... And yes she did tell her but it was really abbreviated.

Love and Hip-Hop Atlanta Season 5 Reunion Part 1

Straight away, I don't like the set up of this reunion 😑 it looks like it was set for job interviews! I found it was very confusing, we were darting through different interviews and different clips… I didn't know whether the interviews had started or they were snippets! You had all that security and we still couldn't do it the normal way? No Mona, bring back the old settings

Nina asked Joseline why did her and Mimi's relationship go so far left, she said because when she broke up with Stevie he went and lived with Mimi and according to her, she's not threatened by Mimi!🙄 I believe that's an oxymoron denial. Joseline began to cry in her one on one interview, the same voice, the same look as when she told us that Stevie had another baby, girl you know we ain't buying those tears, we will never believe it again.

Mimi claimed she got along with Joseline for the sake of Eva because she believed they were married now she saying she never believed it, she just went along with it… please 🤔

🔘Tommie has some really nice looking moments but my gosh she looks disgusting for the reunion. They weren't gonna pay for the flight ticket, looks like they weren't paying for a stylist either. 

🔘K-Michelle looks 50 shades lighter than what she first look like when she started LHH? I do love me some K and I believe she worked hard to achieve her goals, but she is a hella insecure underneath all that plastic surgery and skin lightening products

First off, apologies for last weeks blog, seems to have gone missing 🙄

Not to worry, got Episode 16 right here 😝 but how sad, the best out of all the L&HH is sadly coming to the end. This is the one one that gives us life, the only one that keeps you on your toes, it's all good though the others will suffice 🤒

Right, so let's jump right into it:

K-Michelle and Ariane

Lol K-Michelle didn't even text Ariane to explain herself or ask if she was ok! And time is time, its not like a day went pass it seems that weeks went pass and they are only now getting together to talk about it. When Ariane first started L&HH she was cool, she was loyal… now she's a sell out begging for a story, begging to be liked, begging to be wanted, begging to be included 😷

Now K you talking about Ariane and her song and a half well you haven't heard Kirk's daughter- Kelsie, perform the same song over and over and over again 

Joseline and Stevie (are you really over? 💔)
As much as Joseline annoys me and with all that scandal she put out about Stevie and Eva, I like the way she is dealing with Stevie! It's time he got a taste of his own medicine mixed with spite! The way he used to treat Mimi back in the day, let Joseline walk all over her was well disrespectful.

That was really thoughtful of Scrappy, I loved the preparation he made, everything, the proposal, was just beautiful 💜

And today's episode is the only exception I give to Mimi to bully Ariane because that was dumb as dumbo. Ariane she even told you to sit somewhere else at your OWN party! Why were you next to her in the first place?

For this whole season I've been spelling her name different, I can't be asked anymore, ya'll know what I mean. Now I like Tee, she very pretty and seems very independent but the stigma that she already has attached to her will only worsen, been reading on Facebook people saying she will never be more than a babymama and how she shouldn't become a mother to another child (baby number 5) by a man who doesn't want to make her a wife; with that being said I wish she was in a stable relationship with whoever the father was, not because you have raised the 4 by yourself means that that is the be all and end all, I believe she shouldn't take independence to another level, settle down, set relationship examples, she could be Invertely be teaching her girl children to be OK raising children on their own. I'm not disputing that the dad is a deadbeat and not around but the dad does not have the same level responsibility as she has. I'm also not insinuating the dad is Scrapp either, just my take on it.

The beginning of this episode felt like it was the end or was that just me?

When Stevie gets mad it intimidates Joseline and I love it. She needs to be humble. She needs to succumb. Love and Hip-Hop Atlanta Season 5 Episode 11

Wow that one week felt really long! What was Love and Hip Hop playing at, I felt lost missing that week. 

Normally I do a catch up on the episode, but today I want to rant, there was a lot of things that got in my nerves in this episode

Scrapp aka William Cortez Robinson
Now I know Scrapp has another son as I saw it on Instagram but today my brain decided to do some calculating. The youngest is younger than King and is obviously around during the taping of Love and Hip Hop; now I'm not saying to show the child but I am saying do not lead the viewers to believe you have one child and your caught in between your baby mother and your girlfriend, because from your track record your probably drawn to baby mama number 2 too. 
20yrs is too long. I know the law is the law and drug trafficking carries a sentence but that sentence is longer than what rapist gets. I don't care if he is only spending 5yrs in confinement I actually feel like the min was 5yrs and the max was 30yrs, the judge could have reconsidered. 

Sidenote- where the name Deleon come from, I'm baffed 

Mimi and Stevie
I tell you for now that at Mimi's house the night did not end with- "Close your robe, goodnight!" Nuh uh Mimi will be waiting in the shower 🚿
I absolutely hated the way Stevie was talking to and about Mimi!

Scariofunk Q&A

Yesterday (08/06/16) I ventured out to Scariofunk Music Industry Q&A, i was abit hesitant to go because its focus was about the music industry, and my interests are journalism centered but then I thought to myself what a great way to start blogging about events out of the usual I normally blog on.

I initially won my ticket on the radio station TheBeatLondon so that was another reason why I went along, Nicolle loves a freebie. 

So the Q&A was held in a studio in Lyric Theatre, Hammersmith. The host was Ms AmandaStarr a host fromTheBeatLondon, she had a panel of singer/songwriters, producers, directors etc asking them a series of questions regarding their journey in the music industry. And what an insightful evening it was to sit amongst them being taught.

There were two "answers" that stood out to me that night. A question was asked, "How do you juggle day to day life, whilst pursing your dreams? Do we try and get a job in our chosen field or work anywhere?" Mikey J's (producer/ co-produced Kano's album) answer was "I worked in McDonalds, all they required was my presence. Take a job that doesn't require your time" listening to that, for me was so inspirational, because a job that requires your time is a demanding job, it is a job where your dreams get put on the back burner whilst other people's dreams remain at the forefront as I help build it.

The second answer was by a singer/songwriter (unfortunately I didn't get her name). She spoke about herself and juggling. She juggled uni, children, work and studio time. Superwoman? Maybe… or Sacrifice… yes her juggling was sacrificial. It showed me that sometimes we have to make sacrifices in order to get our dreams into reality, so maybe for a couple of months or even year my sleep has to be sacrificed; maybe for a couple of months/years social life has to be zilch whilst I work every hour God sends to pay for things to enhance my dreams.

There was so much knowledge flying around that studio, it would have been hard to not have grasped anything. Although it was their journey and their chosen path the knowledge could and can be applied to your chosen path and your personal life…

So to cut a long story short, I was inspired, a cliche maybe but nevertheless, no one is going to start the manifestation of your dream, only you can!

If I remember correctly Ariane auditioned for K-Michelle a few seasons ago, can't remember if it was for back up singer or for a back up dancer, but she was terrible. So if you are a terrible as a back up then as main singer… my gosh

I can't wait to hear if there's an improvement

Ms Deb got herself a cruella Deville wig, with some sharp eyebrows! 

I wish Love and Hip Hop was live, the mere fact that we are in Tammy and Waka's house but we know are no more is like a tease… lets get to that man, not Bambi and D-Smith. But Bambi just to confirm you didn't go a "little to hard" on D, you hardly scratched the surface. 

My opinion on D-Smith
D-Smith tryna taking on a stereotypical female attitude and she taking it too far… it's a stereotype not reality darling. 

I understand that transitioning from gender to gender must be hard, as it is to explain why you feel the way you feel, however everybody is entitled to their own opinion, so if someone does not like the idea of a transgender that is a matter of opinion, you cannot force someone to like what they don't like. 
I believe D-Smith thinks she is untouchable because she can hide behind a facade situation. 
Your forcing people to like your trans-ition when you didn't like yourself in the first place hence your transition. 
If you are so proud to be a transgender and you hate the bullying attached to it why use it as a derogatory term towards Bambi? 

Scrapp Deleon
The scene with Scrapp and his son was very emotional. It's really sad to see boys being separated from their active father, though the father may be a bad influence in society in their child's live they are (or can be) a positive influence on them. 
I do hope that this will be a wake up call for him and he will be refocused when he comes out.

I am pretty sure that on last weeks, "On the next week of Love and Hip Hop" we were supposed to see Mimi and Stevie at this new baby mama/not baby mama's house, now they pushed it a further week, I guess to push more drama for the reunion. 
Now Stevie you swore on little Eva's life, I got it here recorded so I hope you ain't lying. 

Aspire to Aim Higher

As women it's often important to be amongst fellow women and be empowered. Life can often consume us leaving us with little to no time at all to know or remember who we are. The proclivities of life then takes shape reforming our mindset and can have us going through life falling at the wayside. But ask us (women) what our dreams and goals are, and hear the fumbling of our minds digging into the depths of our inner us trying to find our hearts desire out of the regimes that has made us.

Today (04/06/16) I went to an Empowerment Session called 'Aspire To Aim Higher' run by Life coach and mentor Sola Dawkins through the company Women with A Purpose- Their motto is "Inspiring, Empowering and Facilitating Women". I walked into the room very apprehensive as to what was before me:

Was it going to be conference based? 

Would I need to interact? 

Will they talk and I listen? 

Who, What, Why questions bounced around in my head.

Unlike my thoughts it was very different from what I expected- A very intimate enclosure allowed you to walk into the room and straight away feel relaxed. 

Sola's style of mentoring was unlike others, rather than she speak and we listen, it was we listen and then we interact. Today's sessions we were given a series of Proverbs and asked to discuss amongst ourselves as to what it could mean. As the theme was Aspire To Aim Higher and empowerment session about building the inner me, I made sure my answers were themed based. I needed to get to the inner me, I needed to soak up all that was being given out.

One of the proverb that stuck out for me was, "Do not look where you fell but where you slipped." And it laid most prominent in my head because in life (and this won't be the case for most people) once we've fallen we have hit rock bottom, we are now wallowing in our pit and on the rare occasion we are inviting others for a pity party. 

We've fallen, and we have looked at the impact of the fall and how bad it hurt and unlike children we don't look back at what caused the fall (slip). As I work in a school I'll use this analogy:

🔹Small kids fall and they just get back up, dust themselves (may have a little cry) and off they go again

🔹Big kids fall, look around at the environment to see what caused them to fall (often embarrassed) have a laugh about it and off they go

🔸 Adults fall and often forget to look back at where and why they have slipped. 

Now bringing it back to its original context, in life we will step out and make mistakes/it just may not go right, which will cause us to fall but rather than sit there and say "I will never do this again, look at the impact of me stepping out." Let's change our attitude to, "Hmm that went wrong, what caused this?" once identified some sort of rectification can be done.

Sola Dawkins challenged us to think outside of our present everyday life and to set goals for our personal life growth. One of the challenges was, "What will I do different tomorrow?" She told us not to set drastic task that we know we wouldn't be able to complete, she gave us an example of having a dentist appointment or an interview the next day… the day before your appointment or interview, there will be a preparation stage, where we will maybe go to bed early ensuring to have a goodnights rest for the morning, our clothes will be prepared from the night before, any last minute things will be done beforehand. So in reference to our challenges this is something that we want and are prepared to do, what will your different tomorrow entail?

This really challenged me as I have found myself in a place where procrastination and stagnation have consumed me. I thought to myself what could I really be motivated to do the next day that is very different from my stagnate and nonchalant life? 

And then it struck me, my very thought process reminded me of how dissatisfied I was with the routine of my life. If I just decide to do ONE thing I would have firstly eradicated the stagnant routine I had going on and that in turn would be a change.

So the question was, how do I go about doing that. What's my passion? Surely it isn't just waking up, going to work, coming home from work, cooking, looking after my brother, going to sleep and continuing that SAME pattern… what do you enjoy?

✒️Writing… for many many years I enjoyed writing, went to college and uni studying journalism, then the vicissitudes of life came upon me and I tucked that passion away. It was recently evoked and one minor set back and I was that person who looked at the impact of the fall rather than the slip. But again here today it was awaken to reblog and to take my time with this passion, it will be my end result!!

Now we all know that we can all leave and empowered session and be empowered but that feeling will not last, some of us will fall back into comfortability and our objectives will not be kept, so we were set a 30day challenge to do something about our personal development or our personal goal (even if it's just to market ourselves on Facebook just anything) and with our 30day challenge we was each given a person to liaise with, someone to help encourage, someone who will motivate. 

As the proverbs go, "Sticks in a bundle are unbreakable" which quite simply means we are more powerful as a collective than individually.

I set my 30 day challenge to Consistently and actively pursue my passion whilst also finding myself. I set myself this challenge as I want to persue a career in journalism, I want to be able to do what I know I am called to do. I also what to break the cycle of my everyday life, my everyday routine has clouded me, to the point where I have lost me.

As I continue to go to the WWP Empowerent session I will continue to blog about the progress I have made to Aspiring to aiming Higher.

Karlie stay in Love and Hip-Hop 5 seasons in by stealing/ sharing someone's man. Scrapp said that Karlie is different from the other females he's been messing with. Well for one she is old so she no longer a baby mamma and two she can't fight so she can only use that thing that most of the men on there have probably tapped anyway. How come every time you find somebody things go left Karlie? Maybe because he's not yours and you are NOT loyal to your friends what about the split second you were friends with Tommie? What about when you bonded with Teaira?

Tommie the tarantula 

Tommie voice is croaky as I imagine the skin of a tarantula would be like, she semi bi-polar I don't need doctors proof, she calling him baby whilst grabbing his clothes. Then she sits down relaxed and out of nowhere she Tarzan's him 😂. 

So Scrapp your mamma taught you to lie to people you care about so not to hurt their feelings? You seem to be lying to all 3 of those females. Your baby mama, Your Jumpofff and Your… erm what title would you give Tommie?? Hmmm I actually don't know what category she falls under

Karlie is definitely a fake ass, she chatted Joseline name and then started the water works, stating about how much she cares for her to then go back to Mimi's house warming party (which just looked like gossip night with a glass of proseco).  

Joseline is still on drugs! That forward speaking conversation to KK was a madness. Even if they did have relations what's the issue? Word on the streets you have a hella relations going on.

Mimi upset that KK has a criminal record but they are not together nor has it do anything to her. I get the Eva bit but Mimi just like drama

We head back to the scene where Tommie has her mouth set like a dog and then has the audacity to say she is classy and leaving. We then see Teaira swing one on Scrapp. That almost looked like when your mum flicks your lips 😂 and you wasn't expecting it. 

KK seems pretty close to her child they can have them kinda sexual conversation over lunch. And although Teaira shouldn't be using her son as a bait, KK should know the importance for her son… sometimes you gotta like the ass before you kick it.

Tammy how can you still "really like" D Smith. She is the reason why you got into a fight, she knew her friend was Petty Betty, like c'mon. 
Now when D Smith came for Tammy, I was irritated because Tammy cannot argue for shit.

Now I like Teaira but I wouldn't trust ANYONE that had any part of my set up whether she was an instigator or a spectator.

I get Stevie initial thought was to be upset because Mimi is a mum but you have Joseline as a step mum flaunting her sexual preference about. However again I do love Mimi and Stevie J relationship, I still wish they could be together, now I know you guys are all remembering Mimi's mid life crisis last year but I think a bit of Stevie J chaos can solve her spiralling behaviour.

Lets pump the brakes before we've even pressed gas, did Tomie say "… while me and Scrap watch her kids?" Tomie need I remind you that YOU were the secret. You knew there was a baby mama hence the child, so if he or the two of you were looking after the child it's his duty, it's not just for the mother to look after a child that two people made. 

The fight escalated real quick, Jessica looked like a pink sausage in between Tomie and Teaira fighting away. 

Now the scene with Tomie and Scraps mum, hmmm. Tomie real disrespectful to be having bedroom conversation with Scraps mum like really, you're gonna tell her that you sat on his face the other day?
Anyway fast forward to Teirra going to Scraps studio session, he knows that the two got into an altercation and he says "Tell me whats wrong"

Sidenote: if you ask a man if he loves you and he tells you that he answered you the other day… the new answer is what he didn't tell you today

There was a scene in Mendeecees Enroute to jail where he starts crying and Yandy hugs lil Mendeecees, the eye Remy gave, as if to say… "crossing boundaries again"
